Russell Loyalty Membership
Your Russell Loyalty Membership includes the following benefits for year-round, worry-free protection:
- A/C Inspection with standard 1” filter: Your membership includes, at no cost, a thorough inspection of your air conditioning system. Our certified service technicians will get your home ready for summer and notify you of any potential reliability, safety, or performance issues.
- Furnace Inspection with standard 1” filter: Your membership includes, at no cost, a thorough Furnace inspection to keep you warm during those chilly winter nights. Our certified service technicians will get your home ready for winter and notify you of any potential reliability, safety, or performance issues.
- Front Of The Line Pass: As a Member, upon request, we guarantee a 24-hour repair response time. If we are unable to accommodate your request and repair(s) needed during the visit, we will cover the cost of the repair by up to $200.
- Priority Installation: As a Member, upon request, if your A/C and or Furnace system needs to be replaced, we will provide you with priority service.
- Guaranteed Service Window: As a member, we know your time is valuable, so we'll guarantee our arrival to service your system within a two-hour window.
- Diagnostic Charge: As a Member, the Service Charge fee will be $29. Waived with any repairs

- Extended Parts and Labor Warranty for Repairs: As a member, the original warranty on any repair(s) performed today or while a member is extended for as long as you remain an uninterrupted Member. Warranties will be listed on invoiced items
- 90 Day No Breakdown Guarantee: As a member, when we make the recommended repairs during your inspection, we will give you a 90 day no breakdown guarantee, or we will give you a full refund on the invoiced repair items.
- New equipment loyalty coupon: After 1 full year of membership, receive a 1-time $500 equipment coupon. Fully redeemable with a complete system purchase with installation or $250 redeemable for a partial equipment purchase with installation.
- Transferable Plans: As a member, we are happy to serve you. If you move, you can transfer your membership to your new home (If in our service area) or you can transfer your Loyalty Coupon to the new homeowner- a nice extra to offer prospective buyers.

If you decide not to take advantage of this benefit, the Precision Inspection has no monetary value. Excludes blower cleanings and indoor coil cleanings. Blower and indoor coil cleanings can be performed at a reduced cost at the time of Inspection.
Service may be delayed during weekends or holidays.
The warranty will be listed on quoted repairs. Extended Warranty & 90 Day No Breakdown Guarantee excludes compressors, high efficiency fan/blower motors, heat exchangers, coils, and refrigerant leaks. Membership must remain active will $0 balance. No monetary value.
Russell Loyalty Membership must stay current. This applies only to equipment purchased from Russell Heating and Air. Loyalty coupon capped at $500.
Terms & Conditions
This Rewards Annual Membership with Russell Heating & Air Conditioning will AUTOMATICALLY RENEW for one-year terms at the end of your current membership year unless you choose to cancel prior to the renewal or your Membership is cancelled, terminated, or discontinued by you or Russell Heating & Air. Your method of payment will continue to be charged as the rates then in effect at the time of the renewal. You are required to notify Russell Heating & Air Conditioning immediately of any change in your name, billing address, service address, email address, telephone number, credit card, bank, or other account information.
Your Annual Membership entitles you to a wide range of attractive benefits, including priority service and discounts. Included in your membership is one Precision Inspection each six-month season (prior to summer and prior to winter) * We will attempt to contact you via e-mail, mail, or telephone to schedule your free inspection or you can contact us directly anytime to schedule your appointment. If you fail to take advantage of these benefits during your annual term, these twice Annual Inspection benefits are lost for the applicable Annual period and of no monetary value. Each Precision Inspection must be performed before the end of each season (summer and winter). If you fail to take advantage of these benefits, these Precision Inspections have no monetary value and are not a contractual component of this agreement.
Billing
The first monthly payment is collected at the time of your service. After that, monthly payments for your Annual Membership will be collected based on the date of commencement as an Annual Member.
Commencement dates of 1st-15th will be billed on the 15th of the following month.
Commencement dates of 16th-31st will be billed between the 28th and 31st of the following month.
